The "Have Mercy" video opens with a news report about a 21-year-old man who went missing. Chloe plays a seductive sorority sister who is later seen with the missing student.

"Have Mercy" will appear on Chloe's forthcoming debut solo album.

Chloe and her sister created separate social media accounts in February and teased "so many exciting things" to come.

Chloe discussed her solo album in an interview with Billboard in August, saying that working on the project made her "the most liberated and happy that I have felt."

"I'm creating my own lane, as well as paying homage to the ones who have inspired me. It has been fun finding my voice," she said.

Chloe will perform "Have Mercy" at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. Normani, Camila Cabello, Justin Bieber, Lil Nas X, Kacey Musgraves and other artists will also perform.
