Football Manager 2022 is coming to PC and Xbox in November 2021. The game will be available via Xbox Game Pass on Day One and there will also be a brief Early Access period for fans who pre-order the title.

SEGA's latest addition to the Football Manager franchise will officially launch on November 9 for PC/Mac on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store. Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition will launch on the same day.
In a historic turn of events, both FM22 and FM22 Xbox Edition will be available via Xbox Game Pass on Day One and the duo will be available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

The success of our return to Xbox last year surpassed even our expectations and we’re delighted to be expanding our partnership with Microsoft to give Game Pass members the chance to experience the closest thing to being a real football manager."

Football Manager 2022 pre-orders and Early Access
From today until launch, fans who pre-purchase FM22 (for PC and Mac), from a SEGA-approved digital retailer will receive a 10 per cent discount as well as the chance to kick-off their managerial career a bit ahead of schedule with Early Access. Pre-orders directly from the Microsoft Store will be available soon.
Early Access, in this case, means roughly two weeks of play ahead of the game's official launch date. Early Access may go live at different times for different platforms, but once it does, it will be available via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store.
All progress made in single-player campaigns during the Early Access period can be carried over to the fully released copy of Football Manager 2022.
