The priciest Hewlett home sold in August was a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .21 acres at 148 E. Rockaway Road that sold for $999,000. It was listed and sold by Gil Shemtov of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
A 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath split-level on .27 acres at 168 Westview Lane fetched $990,000. It was listed and sold by Bryna Flaum and Rhonda Schwerd of Five Towns Miller Realty.
At 164 Pebble Lane, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath expanded ranch on .27 acres went for $962,500. It was listed by Ronnie Gerber of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Sergey Borohov of Coldwell Banker American Homes.
