The first six episodes are streaming now and the remaining six installments of Season 1 are scheduled to debut in November.

The sequel series about wealthy, private school teens in New York was developed by showrunner Joshua Safran, a writer and executive producer on the original show.

Season 1 starred Jordan Alexander, Eli Brown, Thomas Doherty, Tavi Gevinson, Emily Alyn Lind, Evan Mock, Zion Moreno, Whitney Peak, Savannah Lee Smith, Todd Almond, Adam Chanler-Berat, Johnathan Fernandez and Jason Gotay.

Gossip Girl is a sequel and reboot to the CW series of the same name, which itself was based on the Cecily von Ziegesar book series.

The original TV series aired from 2007 to 2012 and starred Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick. Kristen Bell also voiced the unseen narrator in both shows.
