Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting left Thursday night’s 31-29 win over the Dallas Cowboys in the first half after a gruesome arm injury, and did not return.
After the game, Bucs head coach Bruce Arians told the media Murphy-Bunting suffered a dislocated elbow, but appeared to indicate that it’s not expected to keep him out for an extended period of time.
Murphy-Bunting collided with teammate Antoine Winfield Jr. while trying to keep Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb out of the end zone on a first-half touchdown reception.
Tampa Bay struggled mightily with Murphy-Bunting out of the lineup, giving up over 400 yards passing and three touchdowns through the air to Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense.
