Renfroe: MLB Has Told Red Sox to Stop COVID Testing

Red Sox outfielder Hunter Renfroe claims Major League Baseball has told the Boston Red Sox to stop testing for COVID-19.

Renfroe making the statement during a radio interview with WEEI’s “Merloni and Fauria” show.

This as Boston deals with a coronavirus outbreak in its clubhouse, with nine players on the COVID list.

MLB has denied Renfroe’s claims, calling them “wrong and innacurate,” acoording to the Boston Globe.
