Common is set to release his A Beautiful Revolution, Pt. 2 album at midnight (Sep. 10) and he knocked out some promo over at Power 106 for the L.A. Leakers’ Lift Off Show.
Put in the hot seat, Common does what he does best and went off the top of the head for an 8 minute freestyle over Group Home’s “Livin’ Proof” and Raekwon’s “Incarcerated Scarfaces”. He notes his EGOT journey, his legacy, and name drops Kaepernick, Rihanna, and Naomi Osaka.
