It's time for a Kanna arc in Episode 10 of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S! Kanna runs away from home after a fight with Kobayashi and ends up in New York. The rest of the episode then features the bond between Kobayashi and Kanna.
While it was initially thought that the second season would only have ten episodes (according to the Blu-ray/DVD information), the good news is that there was a next episode preview at the end of Episode 10. This means we're getting an Episode 11 next week!

Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2 Episode 10 Recap
Kanna had a fight with Kobayashi. She flies away from home and ends up in New York. She meets a rich girl named Chloe, who is escaping from kidnappers. The two of them spend the day together. As soon as it gets dark, Kanna realizes that she has to go home and apologize to Kobayashi. Chloe confesses that she also ran away from home and is scared of going back because of what her family might think or say. Kanna tells her that she's scared too, but it would be worse if she didn't have a home to go home to.
While they were talking, Chloe was kidnapped again. Kanna uses her dragon powers to rescue her. She reveals her dragon self to Chloe and flies her back to her home. Chloe asks if they'll meet again—Kanna says they will, and she gives Chloe her address. Kanna returns home, and Tohru asks her where she has been. Kanna apologizes, and Tohru says that she shouldn't be apologizing to her. Kanna runs to Kobayashi, who is asleep, and gives her a hug.
It's a hot summer day, and Tohru and Ilulu are out for work. It's Kobayashi's day off, so she's left at the house with Kanna. The two decide to spend the day together around town. Kobayashi accompanies and helps Kanna in doing some school stuff, namely independent research. All the moving around has left Kobayashi exhausted. It's a good thing they end up stopping in front of a cafe.
