When driving, it is important to keep an eye out for motorcyclists. Check all your mirrors and blind spots before merging with traffic or changing lanes. Also, allow more following distance when behind a motorcycle. This gives them more time to react or stop in case of an emergency. If you are riding a motorcycle, do not underestimate the bike’s speed. Use hand and turn signals when you change lanes or turn.
