Four additional men have been charged in relation to the ongoing Furnas County sex trafficking investigation.
According to Furnas County Court records, Rowdy Baxter, 64, is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child.
Brent Keslar, 39, of Oxford, is charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child.
Jacob Putnam, 32, of Oxford, is charged one count of committing intentional child abuse-no injury.
Richard Walls, 41, of Omaha, charged with two counts of committing intentional child abuse-no injury.
The offenses in all of the cases are alleged to have occurred on July 1, 2019.
Affidavits in the cases have been sealed, but complaints say the cases involved a minor between the age of 12 and 16. The victim is the same one involved in the other Furnas County sex trafficking cases.
Court records say Putnam filed a 10% bond in the amount of $5,000 on Wednesday. He is scheduled to appear in Furnas County Court for arraignment at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 24.
Arrest warrants were issued for Keslar, Putnam and Walls on Sept. 2. None of the three men have been arrested, and court dates are pending.
With the latest charges, at least 18 men have now been charged in connection to the ongoing sex trafficking case.
