Tammy Hembrow's pregnant sister Emilee shares her birth journey on social media as she prepares to be induced at 40 weeks

Tammy Hembrow's sister Emilee is preparing to go into labour.

The heavily pregnant influencer took to Instagram on Thursday to let her fans know that she was being induced at 40 weeks.

'I'm booked in for an induction at 4pm today,' she told followers in one post. 

After sharing her beauty routine, Emilee began posting again from the hospital where she was due to give birth.

'I got this gel applied. Hopefully that gel will bring on labour,' Hembrow said.

A later post showed her in a hospital bed with the caption 'Here we go'. 

The 29-year-old YouTuber and older sister of fitness sensation Tammy Hembrow has been in lockdown in Queensland. 

Emilee last month said she was looking for some positive podcasts to listen to and told her fans: 'Happy Saturday babies.'

She added: 'Who else is currently in lockdown? Looking for positive podcasts to listen to, I started my day today with The Mindset Mentor & loved it!!' 

'Please leave suggestions below,' she added.

In the images, Emilee stunned as she posed in her outfit, which featured a fitted design and a plunging neckline. 

She wore her dark locks out and over her shoulders neatly straightened and makeup including a nude matte lip and a smokey eye. 

It comes after Emilee revealed she had bought herself a brand new Ferrari.

'Best time to buy a Ferrari? When your [sic] about to pop of course,' she captioned the post, which showed her flaunting her baby bump in a figure-hugging dress.

She added: 'Driving this car around as much as possible because I know I'll have a big gap when the baby comes.'

The social media star revealed her pregnancy to her fans on Instagram on July 4, just over a year after she announced the loss of her unborn son, Jamal.

She's also mum to daughter Aaliyah Snow, five, and son Gabriel Storm, two, with her husband.

'We're expecting another baby! We have hoped and we have prayed, now we are excited to say, our little miracle is on its way,' she announced.
