MEMORANDUMS TO THE COURT. JERE: THREE PEOPLE IN YORK COUNTY HAVE PLEADED GUILTY IN CONNECTION WITH A 2019 DEADLY SHOOTING. 21 -YEAR-OLD TYSHEEM SANTIAGO, 28-YEAR-OLD MONTRICE GIBSON, AND 20-YEAR-OLD DAZANIE GIBSON WEER INVOLVED IN THE DEATH OF 20-YEAR-OLD STEFEN SIMMONS IN JANUARY 2019. SIMMONS WAS SHOT IN THE FRONT YARD OF A HO AMELONG ORIOLE CIRCLE IN CHANCEFORD TOWNSHIP. STATE POLICE SAY THE VICTIM AND MONTRICE WERE IN A CARHE WN SANTIAGO APPROACHED IT WITH A GUN AND DEMANDED MONEY FROM SIMMONS. SANTIAGO PULLED SIMMONS OUT OF THE CAR, AND SIMMONS WAS STHO DURING A STRUGGLE OVER THE WEAPON. Three people in York County have pleaded guilty in connection to a 2019 homicide.Tysheem Santiago, 21, Montrice Gibson, 28, and Dazanie Gibson, 20, were involved in the death of Stefen Simmons in January 2019. Simmons was shot in the front yard of a home along Oriole Circle in Chanceford Township.Pennsylvania State Police said the victim and Montrice were in a car when Santiago approached with a gun and demanded money from Simmons. Santiago pulled Simmons out of the car and Simmons was shot during a struggle over the weapon.Santiago faces 30 to 60 years in prison.Maurice Gibson faces 25 to 50 years.Dazanie Gibson is awaiting sentencing.
