"Thank you @shaunmfsilva and the whole team that made it happen!" Underwood wrote on Instagram, tagging the video's director, Shaun Silva.

The "If I Didn't Love You" video shows Aldean and Underwood performing together on stage. Aldean is also seen wandering an empty home as he sings about missing a former love.

"If I didn't love you I'd be good by now / I'd be better than barely getting by somehow / Yeah, it would be easy not to miss you / Wonder about who's with you," he sings.

Aldean and Underwood's performance was filmed at Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville.

"Carrie was made for this song, but also for this video," Aldean said in a statement. "I'm glad that she was down to get together to make it ... It's something that turned out a little outside of what I normally do, which is always cool."

Aldean and Underwood released "If I Didn't Love You" in July.
