Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust (store-bought, or homemade)
- 1 box (3.4-3.9 oz.) instant French Vanilla pudding mix (or regular instant vanilla pudding)
- 1 3/4 cups eggnog
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon rum extract
- 1 tub (8 oz.) whipping cream (I used Cool Whip), thawed (or instead, you can use two cups freshly whipped cream)
- For garnish: a few berries/whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the eggnog, instant dry pudding mix, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and rum extract, until thick, around 2 minutes.
- Add in the Cool Whip or whipped cream and whisk until fluffy and light. Spread into the graham cracker pie crust.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) to set.
- Before serving, garnish with some berries or more whipped cream, if desired.
