American Dairy Association North East released this video showing the dismantling of the butter sculpture that was on display at the 2021 New York State Fair. For the sixth year in a row, the butter -- this year weighing 800 pounds -- is being used by Noblehurst Farms in Livingston County to be recycled into renewable energy.
