Disney's Haunted Mansion movie has added another big-name star.
Fresh off his appearance in Marvel's Loki as Mobius, Owen Wilson has been cast in the film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Wilson is the latest addition to the film's ensemble cast, which already includes Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish and Get Out's LaKeith Stanfield.
The movie is, of course, based on the popular Disney theme park ride of the same.
There's no word on what character Wilson will play, however it's been reported that Haddish will take on the role of a psychic who's hired to communicate with the spirits haunting the mansion.
The person hiring her would likely be Stanfield's character. He would play a widower who moves into the mansion with his family after becoming disenchanted with the supernatural world.
Production on the movie is set to begin in Atlanta in October, with Netflix's Dear White People's Justin Simien on board to direct, in his first big-budget studio film.
The script has been written by Ghostbusters' writer Katie Dippold, while Aladdin's Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich are producing via their Rideback banner.
Disney previously released a Haunted Mansion movie, called The Haunted Mansion, back in 2003. That one starred Eddie Murphy as a family man who finds himself forced to stay the night in the spooky location alongside his nearest and dearest. It's not thought that the upcoming project will be connected to that one, though.
Meanwhile, Wilson recently hinted at how his character Mobius could reappear even outside of the MCU.
"I couldn't even speculate," Wilson said. "Although now that we've sort of put that on the table, the whole time element, I guess Agent Mobius could show up anywhere, even outside the MCU.
"We might see him if they do a reboot on Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. Or Back to the Future. You might see Agent Mobius there. Like if they rent him out, maybe."
