These are the reasons for and against the Buffalo Bills signing free agent Latavius Murray.

The Buffalo Bills have one of the top offenses in the league but still have a lingering question at running back. They have two young running backs in Devin Singletary and Zack Moss but their first year together there wasn’t much in terms of production as the two combined for less than 1,200 rushing yards and only six rushing touchdowns.

The team added free agent Matt Breida in the offseason, who is a veteran running back and is expected to bring some speed and explosiveness to the position. However, he is coming off a down year with the Miami Dolphins and his preseason performance was lackluster.

If the Bills are still looking to add some talent at the running back position, Latavius Murray could be the answer. The New Orleans Saint recently released the veteran rusher after two seasons as the primary backup to Alvin Kamara.
