Theatre Tuscaloosa is celebrating its 50th anniversary with time-honored favorite “Always … Patsy Cline.”

The musical tells the true story of the friendship between Patsy Cline and Louise Seger.

In celebrating their 50th anniversary, Theatre Tuscaloosa brought back the Patsy Cline production.

The show goes on from Sept. 10 to Sept. 19 in the Bean-Brown Theatre on the Shelton State Community College campus.

“After COVID locked us down for a season, we couldn’t do it but we wanted to make sure we celebrated our 50 years so we decided to do this show because we knew it’d be a fan favorite,” said Director Tina Turley.
