On September 7, 2021, at approximately 9:35 PM, Manchester Police located a stolen car in the area of Union St and Cedar St.
Officers attempted to stop the car near Auburn and Willow St, however, it only stopped momentarily to let passengers out, then drove away, nearly hitting a Manchester cruiser.
Police officers, with their emergency lights and sirens activated, pursued the car; however, the driver ignored the officers and continued to drive. Officers followed the car onto Interstate 293 North and notified NH State Police, requesting their assistance.
The driver continued onto 93 South, got off in Hooksett, and immediately got back on 93 North. The car drastically picked up speed as it traveled onto the on-ramp, causing it to fish tail and nearly lose control. At that point, NH State Police joined the pursuit, with speeds reaching approximately 120 miles per hour, at times.
