Auburn Hills-based Stellantis has announced that Christine Feuell will join the company as the CEO of the Chrysler brand on Sept. 13 after serving as COO of Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions.

“Christine heading Chrysler is great news for Stellantis and I’m convinced that she will play an integral and strategic role in setting the new impetus and direction for this iconic brand and unleash its great potential,” says Carlo Tavares, CEO of Stellantis.

Feuell is a senior marketing executive with extensive experience in automotive, omni-channel supply chain automation systems, and smart building technologies industries. She has served in roles in sales, marketing, product management, and profit and loss leadership at Ford Motor Co., Johnson Controls, and Honeywell.

Her expertise in building and developing advanced product, marketing, and business model strategies have led her to deliver profitable growth through integrated products, software, and services throughout her career.

Chrysler was the only brand of the 14 under the Stellantis umbrella, and the only North American brand — which includes Jeep, Dodge, and Ram — that did not have a designated leader after the merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV and the French company Groupe PSA in January. Tim Kuniskis, CEO of Dodge, has held the position in the interim.

The addition of Feuell comes after Tavares announced earlier this year that each of the 14 brands will receive funding from Stellantis for the next 10 years to prove their worth due to the large number of brands within the company.
