MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) – McDowell County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man charged with indecent liberties with a child.
Matthew Hughes, 40, from Marion, had inappropriate sexual contact with an underage female acquaintance, according to the sheriff’s office.
