Country music star Kane Brown holds virtual concert at his former high school

FORT OGLETHORPE, Ga —
Country music star Kane Brown is back home for a good cause.

On Tuesday evening Brown took the stage in a pre-recorded performance at Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School as a part of Walmart's virtual back-to-school concert.
Students were originally suppose to see him perform in person.
But according to an email sent last week..
Wal-Mart changed the plans due to a rise in COVID-19 cases.

Students are still able to receive a Champion backpack and a Walmart gift card.
