For a lot of famous basketball players, style and fashion are big parts of their lives. We often see athletes wear amazing outfits to games or events, and there's no doubt that they generally try to look their best.

LaMelo Ball is known for his boldness both on the court and off the court, and he is no stranger to making adventurous fashion choices. The same goes for a player LaMelo Ball has known ever since he was a young kid, Kyle Kuzma. On a recent episode of the No Chill podcast with Gilbert Arenas, Kyle Kuzma was asked about LaMelo Ball's fashion sense. Kuzma stated that Ball's style was very "Gen Z", and then proceeded to express admiration for the young point guard's game.

Gen Z. I think that's the best way to go about it.

He’s the man right now. He’s just that young light-skinned kid. He’s in Charlotte but he’s got the chains, got the Ferraris, the Lambos, got the hoop game to back it up. He’s the one right now.

He's always been a real confident little lad. I say that cause I've known him since he was little. Not little, just younger. Now, he's special man. I'm an admirer of his game for sure. You can just see it's just easy for him. You come in the league, and you're making these crazy passes. That's the number one thing, if it's easy or not, what's your decision making like? He's making these zip passes, these crazy passes, he's getting outlets, pushing down. It just looks so easy. He's got a lot to build on.

There's no question that LaMelo Ball dazzled in his rookie year, and deservedly won the Rookie of the Year award. It seems as though he's built for the limelight, both in terms of personality and on-court play. Hopefully, we see a big step forward from LaMelo Ball next season, and perhaps he'll be the player to bring Charlotte deep in the playoffs in the future.
