The Steelers signed Vaughns to their practice squad Tuesday, Teresa Varley of Steelers.com reports.
Vaughns signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent this offseason, but he was waived during the initial 53-man cutdown. He will look to continue his NFL career with a solid stint on Pittsburgh's practice squad.
