An acclaimed drama series returns to primetime TV this week.

“Queen Sugar” Season 6 premieres on OWN on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT). You can also watch it on FuboTV (free trial) or on Philo.

The series, by award-winning filmmaker Ava DuVernay, follows the Bordelon family as they navigate brewing “tension and resentment.” It stars Rutina Wesley, Dawn-Lyen Gardner, Kofi Siriboe, Tina Lifford, Dondré Whitfield, Nicholas L. Ashe and Timon Kyle Durrett. Glynn Turman makes a guest appearance.
