Loretta Lynn is calling on her superstar friends Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Luke Bryan, and Luke Combs to join her for a concert to benefit flood victims in her home area.
Loretta said, “You know, we’ve all needed help from time-to-time, and that’s why… when we can give back, we do.”
She was devastated last month when her ranch foreman, Wayne Spears lost his life in flood waters. Her community which is less than an hour west of Nashville suffered great loss in life and property.
The benefit concert is set for broadcast on Circle Network and will live stream from the Grand Ole Opry House next Monday night, September 13.
Funds raised will directly support United Way of Humphreys County.
