First look: Seattle Seahawks at Indianapolis Colts odds and lines, Carson Wentz hopes to debut for Colts

The Seattle Seahawks begin the 2021 season on the road and open the year against the Indianapolis Colts Sunday. Kickoff is 1 p.m. ET at Lucas Oil Stadium. Below, we look at the Seahawks at Colts odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

The Seahawks are coming off another postseason appearance as they won the NFC West for the first time since 2016. They return with a high-powered offense led by QB Russell Wilson, RB Chris Carson and WRs DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. The offseason was marred by rumors that Wilson wanted out of Seattle. Seattle finished the preseason 1-2 SU/ATS and with a 0-3 O/U mark.

The Colts have a new quarterback as Philip Rivers retired at the conclusion of the 2020 season. He led them to an 11-5 regular season and playoff appearance where they lost in the wild-card round.

Indianapolis traded for QB Carson Wentz, who had an awful 2020 season with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has missed time after suffering a foot injury and spending time on the Reserve/COVID list and is hopeful to start in Week 1. The Colts finished the preseason 3-0 SU, 2-0-1 ATS and recorded a 2-1 O/U record.
