I would also call it an invasion of privacy. Mainly because Webcam photos don't just photograph you, but things around you such as your children or spouses. The best defense against that Webcam software would be to use an external keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Then work with the laptop lid closed.

My bosses constantly monitor me. They scream and yell if I'm late. I don't get overtime or paid holidays. I have to work all the shifts at times. ( I'm a farmer! My bosses are livestock).I do understand the business world/ construction. That's why I quit and run my family farm, full time.
