(670 The Score) The Cubs have activated infielder David Bote from the 10-day injured list and designated infielder Andrew Romine for assignment, they announced Monday.
Bote had been sidelined since Aug. 25 with a sprained ankle.
He’s hitting .202 with eight homers, 32 RBIs and a .609 OPS in 78 games this season.
