Marvel's Eternals India Release Date Announced

Marvel has announced that Eternals will release in Indian theaters on November 5. The movie will release in the country in six languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Eternals picks up right after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Ikaris, Sersi, Kingo, Makkari, Phastos, Ajak, Sprite, Gilgamesh, Druig, and Thena join forces as the Eternals to protect the planet from the Deviants. The movie will also feature another race of creatures called Celestials and explain why Eternals didn’t help the Avengers in the fight against Thanos or in major wars. Apparently, the Eternals are instructed no to interfere in human affairs, unless the Deviants are involved.

Eternals cast features Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Lia McHugh, Brian Tyree Henry, Kumail Nanjiani, Barry Keoghan, Don Lee, Lauran Ridloff, Salma Hayek, and Angelina Jolie. The movie is directed by Chloe Zhao, who had to figure out how to blend complex visual effects with action sequences, while leaving enough room for her signature hands-on approach. Nanjiani talked about his experience working with Zhao. He explained, “She has that sort of DIY aesthetic. I remember one day [the crew] was saying, ‘Oh, we can't do this,’ and she just climbed up on this piece of set and was like, ‘How about here? Just put the camera here!’ Everyone was like, ‘Oh no, no, no, Chloé get down from there! It's an insurance hazard!’”

Marvel has recently released two much-awaited movies in India. Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings released in theaters on September 3 and Black Widow released on the same day on Disney Plus Hotstar.
