Abad allowed a run on two hits in two-thirds of an inning during Sunday's 8-7 win over the Yankees.

The 35-year-old allowed an inherited runner to score before finishing the fifth inning. Abad also allowed a single to Gleyber Torres in the sixth, and he scored on a Gary Sanchez two-run home run off Marcos Diplan. Through 8.2 innings with Baltimore this year, Abad has surrendered eight runs with a 6:5 K:BB. He's likely set for low-leverage work for the remainder of the season, as he's shown little consistency in a limited sample.
