Jordan Luplow will not start in the Tampa Bay Rays' Sunday afternoon game against the Minnesota Twins.
Luplow will sit out Sunday's game while Yandy Diaz takes over at first base, and Joey Wendle comes off the bench to start at third base and bat sixth.
Luplow is projected to make 32 more plate appearances this season, with 1 home run, 3 runs, 4 RBI, and a .185 batting average.
