We already know that Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom is currently in production and Jason Momoa has just dropped a major update on the DC Extended Universe sequel. The Justice League star has just shared our first look at two of Arthur Curry's stunning new suits in the film.
Momoa took to his official Instagram account to share two new photos from Aquaman 2. The first image features a suit similar to Arthur's final suit in the first Aquaman film but is notably more brilliant in color with more details. The second one is interesting since it is a solid black. Make sure to swipe through the post to see all photos.
"Second round. New suit. More action," Momoa wrote. It's just a simple caption but it effectively hypes up the upcoming DCEU flick as fans can't get enough of those new suits.
We're loving both costumes since they look equally stunning on Momoa. There's also a possibility that the dark suit, or the stealth suit, could be something that Arthur will need when he actually finds the lost kingdom.
There have been speculations about what will happen in Aquaman 2. For instance, it is believed that Arthur will be the one person to find the elusive underwater city of Necrus. In addition to that, it is possible that Arthur will challenge the kingdom's tyrannical ruler Mongo and the fight will require the stealth suit.
Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom is still in production. The sequel is scheduled for release on December 16, 2022.
