Cristiano Ronaldo 'has told his Manchester United team-mates they NEED to win the Premier League title this year' as Portuguese star begins five-day quarantine after landing in England

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly already made clear his lofty ambitions at Manchester United upon his return to Old Trafford, with the Portuguese superstar telling team-mates he wants to win the title this season.

Ronaldo, 36, sealed his sensational switch to the Red Devils this summer in a £19.8million move from Juventus, 12 years on from his departure for Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The Portuguese was released from international duty early this week and touched down in Manchester on Thursday, where he was pictured talking to former team-mate Darren Fletcher upon his arrival as he enters a five-day quarantine.
