WWE SmackDown Women's Championship Match Official For WWE Extreme Rules

A date is set for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship match.

Becky Lynch will defend the SmackDown Women's Championship against Bianca Belair at WWE Extreme Rules on September 26.

The two women will sign the contract to make the bout official on the September 10 episode of WWE SmackDown.

Lynch defeated Belair to win the title at WWE SummerSlam, returning to action after not being seen on WWE TV since May 2020 when she announced her pregnancy. On last Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown, Belair won a four-way elimination match by defeating Carmella, Zelina Vega, and Liv Morgan to earn her shot at the title.
