Everyone has their preference when it comes to Halloween candy. Though as children when the trick-or-treat bags were dumped, typically we were pleased to see Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups among the stash.
That hasn’t changed much. As adults we still love them, and so do the kids, but they vanish way too soon.
According to a report by Best Products, Hershey’s had done their part to eliminate that problem by offering a humongous container of the treats — nearly 13 pounds — which can be purchased at Sam’s Club. Yes, that’s 375 individually wrapped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, weighing in at 12 pounds, 14.8 ounces. There will be enough for trick-or-treaters and your own personal reserve.
Best Products said the snack-sized bites will be the same peanut butter and chocolate we’ve come to love, but now there will be plenty of Reese’s to go around. They are planning to not exhaust the supply so quickly.
How much do they cost?
The 375-count Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups reportedly can be purchased at Sam’s Club for $47.98, about $0.13 per cup — all the Halloween candy you’ll need, at a good price.
Hand these out for trick-or-treat and you’re likely to get fewer “tricks.”
