Flood waters rage in the Wissahickon Creek in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park

Video of the Rex Avenue bridge over the Wissahickon Creek in Fairmount Park on Thursday morning. Wissahickon peaked at about 15 feet above normal level around midnight last night, according to US Geological Survey gauge in Fort Washington.
