Samsung Galaxy S21 FE tipped to start shipping on October 28 as complete user manual leaks

The Galaxy S21 FE is still arriving this year, but perhaps not as soon as previous rumours suggested. According to Jon Prosser, Samsung will not reveal its next Fan Edition smartphone this month, contrary to the thoughts of @MauriQHD. Instead, Prosser believes that Samsung will announce the Galaxy S21 FE in October, after Apple announces the iPhone 13 series.

Specifically, Prosser claims that Samsung will start shipping the device on October 29 and will open pre-orders as of October 20. An announcement date remains up in the air, though. Incidentally, Roland Quandt has hinted that Samsung have pushed the Galaxy S21 FE's launch date a month on short notice. Hence, the company may have been planning to launch the device within the next few days.

Evidently, the Galaxy S21 FE is ready to go, because SamMobile has already obtained the device's user manual. Leaked in its entirety, the manual confirms that the device will launch in four colours that Prosser describes as Graphite, White, Olive Green, and Lavender. Additionally, the Galaxy S21 FE is IP68 certified, supports Wireless Powershare and has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Wireless DeX support is built-in too, but there is no 3.5 mm headphone jack. This should not come as any surprise though, as the Galaxy S20 FE does not have one either. However, the user manual does not mention a microSD card reader, which last year's Fan Edition smartphone has.
