Meteorologist Cecily Tynan says we are back in the bright through the weekend after five wet and gloomy days.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, with some areas patchy fog possible, low 57.

FRIDAY: It's another great day to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. Ahead of a strong cold front temperatures climb to 78 degrees in the afternoon. The moisture with the front will be spotty, so we're not looking at any widespread rain. Behind the front there will be a dramatic change with winds shifting to the north-northwest and turning much cooler Friday night into the weekend.

SATURDAY: It's a chilly start to the weekend with temperatures starting off in the 40s Saturday morning. Highs will stay about 5-10 degrees below average, but we'll stay sunny and nice, high 61.

SUNDAY: A sunny and nice end to the weekend with temperatures still a bit on the cooler side, high 65.

MONDAY: A bit milder under mostly sunny skies, high 68.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and nice, high 69.

WEDNESDAY: Seasonable with a mix of clouds and sun, high 70.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with a shower possible, high 69.

You are explaining this nicely, @lifeisanenigima...?. I don't understand some of the nasty remarks directed towards you. I was taught basic weather in science class, in the 7th grade; & this was late 60's, early 70's, before reading "models." Thank you. Good day. 💕

I feel for the Delaware Valley people Especially for the Shore Districts They usually do not have the snow and ice removal equipment has the rest of Delaware Valley Especially for Leigh Valley they are more prepared . Unless we get a Real Nor 'Eastern I have seen less and less of these type of Storms Where Eastern Canadian High sets up and blows cold air down and reinforces the the Coastal Low pressure up the Coastline .

The most south jersey will get is three inches and most likely we won't get that . What annoys people about today's forcasting is these sensationialize every storm.
