Brach (shoulder) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Louisville on Wednesday, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Brach threw a side session Saturday and has now been cleared to return to game action. The right-hander has been sidelined since Aug. 8 due to a right shoulder impingement but could rejoin the major-league club after a relatively brief rehab assignment.
