KINGSFORD, MI-- A Kingsford man has been arrested for possession of child pornography, among other crimes.
The Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted an investigation and took 66-year-old Jeffrey McGillviray into custody last Thursday.
The investigation stemmed from a referral from the FBI, which observed him having online sexual conversations with minors.
McGillviray is charged with five counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive activity and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted as charged.
