Jordan Benjamin, the artist known as Grandson, says that his audience can expect to “see the truth” at his concert. After a difficult year and a half, Benjamin says that “live music has always been an outlet for my frustration”, but that his concert will also have moments of “real heart”.
His song, “Rain”, which will be played at the NYS Fair, is a part of the soundtrack of The Suicide Squad. He describes being able to share his success with his grandmother, his responsibility as an artist, and his musical inspirations.
