Beyoncé Dressed Up Like Barbie in Hot Pink Platform Heels and a Skintight Minidress

Beyoncé dressed up like a real-life Barbie doll last night. But not just any Barbie doll, a Versace Barbie (or shall we say, Bar-bey).

While attending husband Jay-Z's 40/40 Club's 18th anniversary on Saturday night, Bey stepped out in hot pink platform heels, a matching coat that was thrown over a black skintight minidress, and a sparkly pink drawstring bag — all Versace. She even sipped from a bedazzled pink tumbler (similar to J.Lo's) with the fashion house's Medusa logo emblazoned on the front.

Adding to the Barbie theme, Beyoncé wore her voluminous caramel-colored curls in a half-up, half-down hairstyle and sported a smoky cat eye beneath her nighttime sunglasses.

In anticipation of her 40th birthday next week, Bey recently spoke with Harper's Bazaar about the lessons she learned from each decade of her life and career. While her teenage years were about the grind, her 20s and 30s were about establishing a legacy — which she's definitely achieved.

"I've spent so many years trying to better myself and improve whatever I've done that I'm at a point where I no longer need to compete with myself," she told the outlet. "I have no interest in searching backwards. The past is the past. I feel many aspects of that younger, less evolved Beyoncé could never f—k with the woman I am today."
