ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - In another part of the stateline, hundreds chow down Saturday afternoon at the Rock River food truck festival in Rockford.
More than 20 businesses served up delicious food in Davis Park, where visitors ate, enjoyed music and played games.
