Note On Satoshi Kojima vs. Jon Moxley At AEW All Out and Plans For Future NJPW Stars

As we previously reported, Jon Moxley announced on Dynamite this past week that he has a match with NJPW’s Satoshi Kojima at AEW All Out on September 5. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the plan was always for Moxley to face Kojima at this event.
The reason Moxley had been cutting promos about Hiroshi Tanahashi was to make people think it would be him, while building something for later. Moxley initially asked Tony Khan for a program with NJPW that would include more than one wrestler, which Khan agreed to. Kojima will be the first.
