For many New Yorkers, one of the best parts of the New York State Fair is the unusual menu items for sale.

Tiki Turtle has come to the Fair for the past 16 years, offering a very eclectic menu that includes items like deep-fried Reubens, "hogwash nachos" and their new "pickle-wich."

The pickle-wich substitutes dill pickles for bread. Customers can get turkey, ham or both on their pickle-wich, along with condiments and their choice of cheese.
