Alex Killorn trolls Canadiens with Bell Centre Stanley Cup photo bomb

When a team wins hockey’s Stanley Cup, each player gets one day with the treasured goblet to do whatever they choose.

Alex Killorn of the Tampa Bay Lightning spoke of his experience with writer Bryan Burns on the team’s website.

He received the key to his home town of Beaconsfield, a Montreal suburb. Killorn trolled Montreal by taking a photo of him lifting the Cup outside the Canadiens’ home arena, Bell Centre.

“We didn’t really eat anything crazy out of the Cup this time,” he said. “Last year I ate lobster bisque out of the cup at Bern’s Steak House.”
