Hall was charged with first-degree murder, and had a 1first appearance in court after he was released from Baptist Hospital.

He was sent to Central Prison and is being treated by medical staff there.

He is being held under no bond until his trial date.

Channel 9 has reported on Hall before.

In 2018, he was charged with raping and kidnapping a 63-year-old woman on Easter Sunday.

Officials said Hall told them that while giving his friend’s mother a ride to her car, he took her to a location on St. Peters Church Road in Salisbury where he sexually assaulted her.
