Welcome home celebration for Hildebrandt

A welcome-home celebration for Olympic bronze medal-winning wrestler Sarah Hildebrandt will be held Wednesday, August 25, at Urban Swirl & Scoop, 7130 Heritage Square, Granger, Ind., 46530.

Hildebrandt, 27, is a Granger native and Penn High School graduate.

Aug 7, 2021; Chiba, Japan; Granger native Sarah Ann Hildebrandt (USA) celebrates her bronze medal in the women's freestyle 50kg wrestling competition during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games at Makuhari Messe Hall A.

She won the bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics in the 50 KG weight class on August 7.

The celebration will include a parade, free ice cream and autographs.
