WISCONSIN (NBC 26) — Thursday, Wisconsin health officials reported the most new COVID-19 cases in a day since January 27.
The 1,573 new cases brought the seven day average up to exactly 1,000 new cases per day. That's the highest its been since February 7.
The state nearly has half of its residents fully vaccinated against the virus.
